Do I need to worry about providing technical equipment?
No. We have state-of-the-art professional equipment for all the services we provide. In addition, our rental process is fast and without intermediaries, ensuring that video, audio, and lighting equipment is rigorously tested before reaching the field.
Do you travel for projects outside your headquarters?
Yes, we work anywhere. As a general rule, within a 50km radius of our headquarters, there are no travel costs involved. For greater distances, the values are adjusted in the final quote according to the necessary logistics.
How does the process work from initial contact to delivery?
The process is simple and transparent: after your contact, you receive a response within 24h; we schedule a meeting (in-person or remote) to align details; and finally, we proceed to the execution and delivery of the service with full direct monitoring by our team.
What are the average delivery times for finalized content?
Deadlines vary depending on the complexity of the service (e.g., agile reporting vs. TV post-production). However, the delivery time is one of the points we define and explain in detail right in the quoting phase, ensuring the content arrives at the right time for your communication.
